SPARC Delaware, on behalf of United Way of Delaware, and The Rodel Foundation invite you to join a conversation about Delaware Pathways.

Last month, you may have joined us for the Second Annual Delaware Pathways Conference at Delaware Technical Community College. This time around, we want to hear from you.

Rodel and the United Way are just two of many partners involved with Delaware Pathways, a collaborative effort between schools, businesses, government, and community organizations that are working together to better connect K-12 public education, postsecondary education, and state and regional employment needs. Over the last year, partners throughout the state have made tremendous progress, and last month released a Delaware Pathways draft strategic plan, which includes goals and core priorities for the next five years.

This conversation will bring together nonprofit organizations and community leaders to review and discuss the strategic plan, highlight work underway, and discuss opportunities for partnership as we move forward. We hope you and your colleagues will join us to learn more and contribute to this effort.
